Parade Coordinator
The Parade Coordinator will work closely with the EBBD Volunteer Committee and the EBBD Coordinator to organize and execute the annual East Bethel Booster Days Parade. The Parade Coordinator will be responsible for finding participants including bands, floats, businesses, etc., to join the annual parade. Responsibilities will also include plotting the parade route, organizing the parade line-up, recruiting any necessary volunteers for day of event. The Parade Coordinator will attend monthly EBBD Volunteer Committee meetings and may be asked to assist in other areas of planning.
Car Show Coordinator
The Car Show Coordinator will organize and oversee the EBBD Car Show. This will include advertising and recruiting participants and volunteers, as well as securing prizes and other items needed.
Vendor Market Coordinator
The Vendor Market Coordinator (VMC) will be responsible for advertising the vendor market on social media (Facebook groups, NextDoor app) and answering inquiries from potential vendors, as well as processing vendor applications. The VMC will also help with mapping vendor layout, checking in vendors on day of event, and acting as point of contact for vendors. The VMC will work closely with the EBBD Coordinator during the planning of the event. The VMC will attend monthly EBBD Volunteer Committee meetings and may be asked to assist in other areas of planning.
At-Large Committee Member
We are always looking for community members to help with general areas of planning or assisting one of our coordinator positions. This is a great way to get involved in our event and share your skills with our committee. We can always use help in areas of marketing, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, etc.
Event Volunteers
We always have a need for help the day of our event. If the time committment of joining the volunteer committee does not work for you, please consider helping us at the event!
