We’re looking for artists, crafters, businesses, organizations, and food vendors to be part of this exciting event, where families and friends gather for an evening of live entertainment, delicious food, and community fun. Event Date: July 18, 2026

 

Vendor Market Time: 11:00am to 6:00pm (Set-up 8:00am to 10:30am)

Food Vendors are asked to remain until dusk due to evening activities. All vendors may stay past 6:00pm if they choose.

Vendor Fees

10'x10' Booth Space: $50 ****EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - $25.00 Before April 1st!!!***

10'x20' Booth Space: $100 ****EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - $50.00 Before April 1st!!!***

Food Trucks/Food Vendors: $90.00

Non-Profits and other community organizations: You may qualify for your fee to be waived. Our event coordinator will reach out to you upon submission and receipt of your application.

 

Vendor Rules & Information

  • All applicants will be selected by the East Bethel Booster Days committee.

  • Direct sales companies will be on a first come, first serve basis. (i.e. The first Avon representative will get that spot)

  • The application and waiver must be signed to be considered for acceptance to the festival.

  • Upon acceptance to the event, you will receive an invoice via email The vendor fee can be paid via a mailed check or using a credit card online. There will be no refund of vendor fees as this is a fundraiser for the operation on the East Bethel Booster Days event. Exceptions may be made to refund rules at the discretion of the East Bethel Booster Days committee.

  • Standard vendor space is 10’x10’, a limited amount of larger spaces may be available for an extra fee.

  • Food Vendor spaces are determined based on size of food truck/trailer/tent.

  • This is an outdoor event. The East Bethel Booster Day committee does not provide any electricity, tents, tables or chairs.

  • Booths should have neat, tasteful and appropriate displays that appeal to all ages.

  • We do not allow any products/booths that could be deemed pornographic or otherwise offensive, racist, sexist, ageist, etc. or products that could in any way be used as a weapon, offensively or defensively. This includes drug related imagery or paraphernalia.

  • The EBBD Coordinator has the discretion to immediately remove any item they find objectionable.

  • Food Vendors should provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the following as ADDITIONAL INSURED: East Bethel Booster Days, Inc. and the City of East Bethel. 2241 221st Ave NE East Bethel, MN 55011. 

  • All food vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all insurance, licenses, permits, and inspections required to legally operate within the State of Minnesota and Anoka County.

This form is a state requirement and can be downloaded on the MNDepartment of Revenue website HERE
