East Bethel Booster Day Coloring Contest Rules

 

1. Eligibility

• Open to all ages - Yes, even adults!

• Grouped into categories by age: Ages 3–5, Ages 6–8, Ages 9–12, Ages 13 and Up

• Limit of one (1) entry per person.

• The immediate family of the judging panel is ineligible to win.

 

2. How to Enter

• Grab a coloring sheet and some crayons from the coloring contest table in the picnic pavilion on July 18th starting at 11:00am.

  • Please return crayons to the table when done so others may use them.

• Color your picture

• Submit the completed sheet by 5:30pm at the Information tent.

 

3. Required Information

The back of the coloring sheet must be completed with the following information:

• Name

  • Under age 16, include Parent or guardian's name.

• Age Category

• Email address and/or phone number.

  • Under age 16, include Parent or guardian's phone number and email address.

 

5. Judging and Prizes

• Entries will be judged on creativity, neatness, and eye-appeal.

• Judging will be split strictly by the age categories listed above.

• One winner from each age group will receive prize (TBD soon!)

• Winners will be announced from the stage at 6:15pm.

  • If the winner is not present, we will notify via phone or email.

 

6. Terms and Conditions

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• All entries become the property of East Bethel Booster Days and will not be returned.

• By entering, entrants or their parents grant permission to display the artwork publicly at the event and on our social media page after the event.
